Ready to explore the exciting world of aviation? Soaring Futures: Aviation Exploration Camp gives high school students the opportunity to experience aviation firsthand through interactive learning, flight experiences, and behind-the-scenes exposure to aviation careers.
Whether you dream of becoming a pilot, working in air traffic control, or maintaining aircraft, this camp offers a unique introduction to the aviation industry.

Camp Details
Who Can Attend:
Students entering 9th - 12th grade
Maximum Enrollment:
12 students (limited spots available)
Lunch:
Lunch will be provided daily. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
Flight Requirement:
Student weight is required for aircraft planning and safety considerations.
What You'll Experience
Participants will take part in hands-on activities designed to introduce them to multiple areas of aviation.
Flight Experiences
- Up to two optional introductory flights
- Virtual Reality (VR) flight training
- Ground instruction with aviation professionals
Aviation Career Exploration
Students will learn about several key aviation career fields, including:
- Aviation Flight
- Air Traffic Control (ATC)
- Aviation Maintenance
- Meteorology
- Safety
Aviation Field Trips
Participants will take part in two field trips to aviation-related facilities, offering a closer look at how the aviation industry operates.
International Students
In addition to the required application process, non-U.S. citizens must provide documentation required to be present in the United States, such as a B-2 visa or other appropriate status documentation.
