Community Gatherings
Getting involved will make the biggest difference in your college experience. It’s what makes campus go from just classes and homework to somewhere you want to be and spend time in. You will meet people that you otherwise might not have crossed paths with. You get to create a community with people who might not be from your major and get exposed to new opportunities and things to try. Unexpected doors will open for you, and you will grow, learn, and gain a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
Do I have to be Catholic or Christian to hang out?
Not at all, there’s people from all faith backgrounds and everyone is welcome.
How do I join the peer minister groups?
You can join the prayer groups, bible studies, and other groups by reaching out to the peers or the staff members. All you have to do is show up!
I don’t know anybody in ministry yet, is it awkward if I show up by myself?
Walk in and make yourself comfortable; strangers are just friends that you haven’t met yet.
